Change your own name, email or password

Your sign-in details, on the Account tab, separate from the academy's.

The Account tab is about you, not the academy. Your name, the email you sign in with, and your password.

Steps

  1. Your name and email

Name is what appears against anything you do in Roll Pay — the staff activity log, an edited template. Email is what you sign in with, so changing it changes your username.

Changing the email changes what you type to sign in.

  2. Your password

Type your current password, then the new one twice. Leave all three blank if you are only changing your name or email; the password is only touched when you fill it in.

All three, or none of them. Leave them blank to change only your name or email.

TipPick something long rather than something clever. This login can see every member's contact details and your whole payment history.
  3. Your login

Login status and login created are there for reference: whether this login is active, and the day it was made. They are not editable.

Useful when you are working out which of two logins is the one you actually use.

  4. Save

    Press Update.

Nothing on this tab changes until you press it.

Check itSign out and back in with the new details. Do it before you leave the building, not on the way to a class.

What happens next

A new email address is live immediately, so the old one will not sign you in. A password change does not sign you out of other devices, so sign out of anything you no longer use.

Common questions

I forgot my password. Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in page. This screen needs the current one.

Can I change somebody else's password here? No. This tab is your own login. Other people's access lives under Staff management.

Does this change the academy's contact email? No. That is on the Gym tab, and the two are deliberately separate — your login is yours, the academy's email is the one members write to.

Still stuck? Ask

Type a question in your own words. The answer comes from these articles, with links to the ones it used.

Answers are generated by AI from the help articles and can be wrong; the linked article is the source of truth. Your question is sent to an AI service to produce the answer and is not kept by Roll Pay. For anything about your account or a charge, email support.
