Find and re-send a past notification
Look up what you sent, check how it looked, and send it again to the same people.
Everything you have sent lives under the Sent tab on the Notifications page, with a preview of the exact email and text each student received. If a message needs to go out again, for example a reminder a week before an event, you can re-send it from there rather than writing it twice.
Steps
Pick the period
Click Notifications in the left menu. The Sent tab is open by default. The header counts delivered, failed, email and text messages for the period shown. Use the Showing menu to switch between today, the last 7 days, this month and this year. The list below follows the same period.
The header totals follow the same period as the list. Preview what was sent
Click a notification in the list. The right-hand panel shows the email as it arrived. Switch to SMS Preview to see the text version.
This is the rendered message, so merge tags show the sample values, not a specific student's. Re-send it
Press Re-send on the notification. It goes out again to the same students, by the same method, with the same wording. If you need to change anything first, send a new notification and use Choose template instead.
Re-send does not ask for confirmation, so make sure you have the right row.
What happens next
The re-sent messages join the queue and respect quiet hours and the daily limit like any other send. A new entry appears at the top of the Sent list once they go out.
Common questions
Can I re-send to different people? No. Re-send uses the original recipients. For a different audience, start a new notification and choose the template.
A student says they never got it. Can I re-send to just them? Open the student's profile and use the send options there, or check the failed count on the Queue tab to see why it did not arrive.
Where are the automatic emails, like receipts? They are counted in the header totals, and listed under the Queue tab while waiting to go out.
