Embed your class calendar on your website
Put your live class schedule on your own website so visitors always see current times without you updating anything.
Your schedule in Roll Pay already has a public page anyone can open. Embedding drops that page into your own website, so when you change a class time in Roll Pay your website changes with it. No copying and pasting timetables.
Steps
Open the Schedule and choose Embed this calendar
Click Schedule in the left menu, then Embed this calendar at the top right of the calendar.
The same button works from any calendar view. Copy the code
A window shows a short piece of code. Press Copy. If you only want a link to share, use open it directly instead. That link is your public schedule page.
The code is an iframe. It shows the live calendar inside your page. Paste it into your website
Paste the code wherever you want the calendar to appear. On most website builders that means adding an HTML or Embed block and pasting into it. If someone else looks after your website, send them the code.
TipThe code sets the height to 1250 pixels. If the calendar is cut off or leaves empty space, change that number in the code.Check the result
Open your website. Visitors see the same calendar you see, with Month, Week, Day and Agenda views and a list of upcoming classes. It updates the moment you change a class in Roll Pay.
What happens next
Nothing to maintain. Add a class, move a time or switch a class off the schedule in Roll Pay and the website follows. Classes with Add to schedule switched off do not appear.
Common questions
Can visitors book from the embedded calendar? They see the schedule. Booking and check-in still happen through your registration link and the check-in screen.
Can I show only some classes? Not yet. Every class with Add to schedule switched on appears. Use that switch to hide a class from the public page.
Does it work on Squarespace, Wix or WordPress? Yes. Each has an embed or HTML block. Paste the code there.
