Your events at a glance
The Events page: seminars, camps and competitions, how many people have signed up, and what is coming next.
Seminars, camps, in-house tournaments and belt promotions all live under Events. Each one gets its own page with a registration link, its own attendee list and its own waiver, separate from your regular classes and memberships. This page is the list of them.
Steps
The numbers at the top
Events is everything you have ever run. Still to come counts the ones whose date has not passed. Registered adds up sign-ups across every event, and Days to the next counts down to the closest one — it reads Next event · Today on the day itself.
Days to the next reads Today on the morning of an event, which is the one day you want it to. TipRegistered is a lifetime total across all events, not a figure for the next one. For that, open the event. The list
Each row is one event: the date on a block at the left, the name, and its status. The list is in the order you created them rather than by date, so read the date blocks rather than the position.
Past events stay in the list. An event is a record, not just a plan. Click one to see it
Selecting an event fills the panel beside the list: its date, how many have registered out of how many places, and the description members read. It is a quick look, not the event's own page — nothing here is editable.
Eighteen of forty places gone is the number to check before you decide whether to push it again. Open the public page
The small ↗ on a row opens that event's public page in a new tab, exactly as someone following your link sees it. Worth a glance before you share it anywhere.
Same page your members get. Check it before the link goes out, not after.
What happens next
New events are added from the button above the list. It opens a form beside a live preview of the page members will see: a name, the dates it runs, when registration opens and closes, and what it costs.
Pricing takes three shapes — one fixed price, several tiers with your own labels (Early bird, At the door, Member), or a range when the figure depends on something you settle later. The description is written in an editor, and the panel on the right shows how it will look as you type.
A new event gets its own public page straight away. Share that link, or print the QR code from the event's page and put it on the wall — both go to the same place.
People who register appear on the event's attendee list, whether or not they are already students at your academy. That is the point: a seminar sells to the whole region, not just your roster.
Common questions
Do attendees have to be members? No. Anyone with the link can register for an event. Signing up for a seminar does not make someone a student, and does not start a membership.
Can I take money for an event? Yes, through the event's price. If an event is free, its page says it has no price.
Can I cancel an event? Open it and delete it. Anyone already registered is not told automatically, so send a notification first.
How do I see who is coming? The preview panel gives you the count. For the names, open the event's own page, where the attendee list lives.
