Register as a new student
What to expect when you sign yourself or your children up at a Roll Pay academy, from the link the gym sends you to the signed waiver.
Your academy will send you a registration link, or show you a QR code at the front desk. The whole thing takes a few minutes on your phone or a computer. You will enter your details, choose how you will pay, agree to the academy's waiver and sign.
Steps
Open the link and enter your email
Tap the link the academy sent you, or scan the QR code. The first screen shows the academy's name and asks for your email address. Enter it and press Continue.
Your email is how the academy reaches you and how the form knows whether you have registered before. TipAlready registered? The form recognises your email and takes you to update your existing details instead of creating a second profile.Fill in your details
The first step is Register Details. Say what brings you in, then fill in the fields your academy asks for. Most academies ask for your name, mobile number, date of birth, home address, an emergency contact and the membership plan you agreed on.
Fields marked with a star are required. Type your address and pick it from the suggestions, or enter it by hand. Add your children, if you are registering them
If the academy allows children to register, you will see a switch between Me and Me and/or Minors. Choose Me and/or Minors to add children. A Minor 1 section appears for each child, asking for their name and date of birth. Say whether you are training too, or only signing up your children.
Add as many children as you need. Each one gets their own section. Press Next when everything is filled in. The form will point out anything it still needs.
Choose how you will pay
The second step, Accept Waiver, starts with payment. Pick your Payment method. If you choose a card, enter the card number, the name on the card, its expiry date, the security code and your billing ZIP code.
Card details go straight to the payment processor. The academy sees only the card brand and last four digits. Read the waiver, sign and finish
Below payment, tick the box that says you have read and agree to the academy's waiver. The waiver's name is a link and opens the full text in a new tab. Some academies add a second box acknowledging their card pricing policy. Once every box is ticked, a signature box appears. Sign with your finger or mouse, or use Upload Signature to add a picture of your signature. Clear lets you start again. Then press Finish.
Signing confirms you are 18 or older. A parent signs on behalf of the children they added. You are registered
A Thank you screen confirms the academy has your registration, your signed waiver and, if you added one, your card.
You can close the page. There is nothing more to do until your first class.
What happens next
You are on the academy's roster straight away and can be checked in to class. The academy sees your signed waiver on your profile. If anything in your details changes, ask the front desk to send you an update link rather than registering again.
Common questions
Do I need to register each child separately? No. Register once with your own email, choose Me and/or Minors, and add each child in the same form.
I am a parent but I am not training. Do I still register? Yes. Register with your details, choose Me and/or Minors, add your children, and the academy will record you as the guardian without a membership of your own.
Can I read the waiver before I agree to it? Yes. Click the waiver's name on the Accept Waiver step and it opens in a new tab.
I made a mistake in my details. Tell the front desk. They can send you a link that reopens your details for editing.
Is my card safe? Card details go to the payment processor when you press Finish and are stored there. The academy sees the card brand and the last four digits, never the full number.
